Candidate Profile:
• Proven Experience: At least 3 years as a Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor in holiday hotels or high-volume establishments.
• Education: Studies in Hospitality, Catering, or Food & Beverage Management.
• Operational Management: Experience in cost control, menu engineering, inventory management, and purchasing planning.
• Languages: Upper-intermediate level of English required; additional languages will be an asset.
• Management Tools: Experience with POS systems and reporting/control tools.

• Team Leadership: Ability to coordinate, train, and motivate large teams.
• Results-Oriented: Focus on profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
